Hey Barb! Thanks for popping by. As for the strength training it can be any combo you want it to be. 1 set of 5 different exercises, 2 sets of 1 exercise and 1 set of three different exercises. 3 sets of 1 exercise and 2 sets of another exercise....the point is to get those muscles stronger. Totally up to you how you get that done! ALSO...do not have to be done at the same time. Waiting for something to cook? Do a set of wall pushups! Doing laundry? How about a set of squats as you load the machine?
