Oh yeah, and to add I don't eat eggs. Too many cons on whether the cholesterol in them is good or bad. If I did resume I would concentrate more on the whites. It would have to be natural. I would not get the products promoting "false" egg whites, another refined product. But when I did eat eggs before, I had to have the toast to go with, and since I do not eat bread? Not sure about it anyway! lol Geeesh such choices and dilemmas. emoticon

I have to say pretty soon here, breakfast is going to be the hardest choices. Because I am going to lay low on wheat products. Most of what I do eat for breakfast is wheat products, like cereals. So when I start the "Eat to Live" 6 week plan I am looking at something like grapefruit, and a berry of some sort for my breakfast, along with my green tea. I will have to research some things to find the right choices for it.
The no white foods, was suggested by my Dr. and of course, just being diagnosed with diabetes definitely NO sugar. And no processed or refined foods. He is on the slim side, and seems to know a lot about natural healing, so I listen to him. What he feels he can't help me with, he will refer me to someone who does. He is a great Dr. and not in cahoots with the FDA.
