I am the same way on biting into apples. I like the Brevelle juicer for fast juicing. If you have more time the Sampson juice can do Wheatgrass and all other produce. The Breville and most juicer are unable to make wheatgrass juice which is very healing. emoticon

Hi as to juicing questions. I have made juice up to last about 5 days or so. However it is supposed to decrease in nutritional value the longer it is made. I read it is best to store it in a mason jar up to the top. The less air space helps it to store better. If you have a illness then they say to prepare the juice and immediately consume it. On Joe's reboot site he says they store up to 3 days and then the bacteria start growing. I think he had a link to test scores. I know some juices like wheatgrass are supposed to be consumed immediately. I try to do that but sometimes I end up storing it in a jar for a few days. I also freeze ice cubes of it for later use. It's kind of a complicated question. I feel safe making the juice and keeping it for 4-5 days. I don't like to go any longer as my immune system is not very strong due to past medications the MD has had me on. It's slow to rebuild. emoticon

Thanks for reading my blog and thanks for the suggestions! I've tried to drink a lot of water, and I think it's helping!
