You can only use the old tracker for a while. The points are GONE GONE GONE. The calendar is GONE. Every time they make a change, we lose points!!!! PLEASE send messages directly to SPARK_GUY and the coaches regarding our lost strength training points. If everyone who cares makes a huge fuss, MAYBE we'll get them back. They did respond when we all hated the facebook link on our blogs!

I'm doing well. Tracking my food made all the difference. Plus, I've made a commitment to do cardio 6x a week and weights 3x a week. Exercise is not something I generally enjoy, but I'm raising the bar and expecting more of myself. I CAN do it!
