I'm a 20 something college student who used to be really into health and fitness. After studying abroad for a year, I lost my steam and stopped working out as regularly as I had and stopped paying attention to what I ate. I'm still within my normal weight range, but barely, and I want to get back my healthy habits back so as not to end up overweight and unhealthy like my parents.

My Program:
Hiking, yoga, and strength training for fitness. To eat healthy I try to cook as much as possible and not eat out unless it's a special occasion.
