I guess 172 seems bad to me because I am only 5'0! Yea it can be really hard to admit screw ups. Just remember everything is a choice. If you mess up then next choice make it better. So exciting!!! Do you have an idea of where the honeymoon is going to be? Do you weight more often then you track it? Because this morning I weighed 174 but I felt kind of bloated and it is almost that ToM. I told myself I can weigh more often but I will only track on Friday/Saturdays. Right now I belong to No More Fat :) but when that other groups opens up I will let you know ASAP. 848 days ago
Hey! I'm very happy for you! Today I started my real diet change. I am doing meal replacement shakes for Breakfast and Lunch and in between I'm snacking on fruits/veggies. Then I am going to have a sensible dinner. I am going to allow one cheat meal during the weekend. I started weighing in again this morning (Friday's or Saturday's will be my weigh in). It was terrible! 172!!! But it was definitely a kick in the butt!!!!! February I am starting a work out challenge with and SP group. I'm sick and tired of giving up. And I made a deal with myself I am not allowed to show (jumping horses) until I lose 20 lbs. And I am only looking month to month! 852 days ago

I haven't been doing well. I'm afraid to step on the scale and see if I gained all the weight I lost back. I haven't been doing anything since I got sick. Today I will work out. I have found a couple of things that I know are bringing me down so I need to change them... even though I don't want to. One step at a time. I'll cut down a bit.
