Hi my lovely Sparkies! My name is Nicole and I'm 26. I started this journey (again) at 295lbs, and my long term goal is to get down to 135. I know it won't happen overnight, but eventually.. My Goals:
Learn the "Thriller" dance and manage to pull it off without all of the "jiggle". Buy a super awesome pair of skinny jeans and feel comfortable in them. Climb steps without feeling like death when I get to the top. Eat more fruit. Stop being in such a rush and eat some darn BREAKFAST in the morning! BIKE, HIKE and just BE OUTDOORS! I definitely have to step it up when it comes to being active outdoors.
My Program:
I don't have any sort of fancy program, I go with the flow! I definitely am moving my body more, and hitting up the gym. Right now, my goal is to log at least 20 fitness minutes EVERY DAY. I usually use the treadmill and interval train by walking and adding spurts of jogging, or faster paced walking. I hope to add more outside activities eventually, but for now it's all about routine routine routine. I've got to STICK WITH IT!
Personal Information:
I live in Northeast PA and work full time for a Law Enforcement Agency. One of my favorite things to do is to ride my 2006 Daelim 250CC scooter around! It's so much fun, and maybe one day I'll reward myself for getting healthy and upgrade to a motorcycle! lol. I am a fun-loving, outgoing girl who justs wants to get healthy! I want to be that fit healthy girl I feel like I can be!
