Almost 50!

Hi, I am turning 50 in one year. All my life I have been slim (except during babies), but as I get older I am finding it harder to keep that slim profile.

I also own two businesses, one consists of medical billing at a computer for hours each day and the other is an ambulance company (I own half) as I am also a Nationally Registered Paramedic.

I am a fairy active person. I love to camp, hike, swim, ride motorcycles, garden and many other activities. But find my motivation is slowing down as I advance in age.

I think one of the problems has been the fact that I live in a very rural environment and have not had a girlfrind to work out with or verbally encourage me.

My husband is a naturallly slim man and actually has to work NOT to loose weight.

I think alot of my weight issues have to do with just plain boredom.

Looking forward to all the feed back.

I want to get it back up there!

Hi! If you get a chance stop the the Growing Up in the 70's board :) July's Movie of the Month is The Rocky Horror Picture Show, our new band of the week is The Beatles, our TV show of the week is The White Shadow, and Sybil is our summer reading selection. We have a variety of threads that reminisce about all things in the 70's and would love to have you join in the conversation! Have a nice weekend!
