I've been married for over 28 yrs. and have 3 children (27, 21, 15) and have 3 grand-daughters (twins-5, and 1). I've yo-yoed between being too thin to being too fat most of my adult life. I want to reach a healthy weight and remain there, so I can enjoy this fabulous life that we've built over the years.

To Wake Up Every Morning and Feel Good.

To Wake Up Every Morning and Workout.

To Have Energy and Be Healthy.

To Participate in Life and not Watch from the Sidelines.

To Keep Up with the Grandkids.

To Set an Example for my Family.

To Never Pass Up a Ski Trip & Play Tennis Again.

To Wear a Sexy Red Dress and Stilletto Heels and Dance Again.

To Live The Life I was DESTINED TO LIVE.


My Program:
Run or jog a minimum of 2-5 miles DAILY (preferable outside and treadmill if weather doesn't permit)

Strength Training every other day: Gilad's Total Body Sculpt.

Meditation, yoga, pilates minimum 30 mins. Daily.

Drink minimum 64 oz. Water Daily.

I have cut out red meat and have fish 3X week. Eat 5 servings of fruits & veggies daily. Sticking to the Fresh and Whole foods as much as possible.

Taking my daily multivitamin, 1200 mg. calcium, 600 mg. magnesium, flaxseed.






Personal Information:
I'm from So. California and have lived all over the US during my lifetime. I was an International Flight Attendant until our airline became defunct (Boo-Hoo). Then went back to school to finish my degree and became an Interior Designer. I recently left corporate America to spend those last couple of years with my daughter before she goes off to university. (Sniff-Sniff).


Other Information:
I'm an optimistic person and I LOVE people. Being a Wife, Mother, and Grandma is the best thing in life and what I am most proud of. I LOVE to cook, sew, organize, decorate, socialize and love animals and doing outdoor things. Sports include, running, tennis, biking, skiing and best of all swimming.
