I'm a 39 year old mom of of a teenage son and I've been married for 20 years. I'm tired of being overweight but nothing seems to help. I seem to get stuck at 220 and cannot get lower. Based on advice from BB.com I'm trying a higher calorie diet of clean foods, limiting my sugar, keeping protein at least 100 grams daily and limiting processed carbs. Starting over at 231.

My Program:
Eat healthy with a wide variety of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean protein. Look at option of cutting wheat from diet to help with leg edema. Exercise 3x week.
