My Goals:
I currently weigh 152 pounds and I am trying to lose at least 22 to get down to 130 pounds. Also, I want to get in much better physical shape.

My Program:
I just started the program on April 4, 2008. I am trying to keep my calories to 1000-1200 per day. I am always up for suggestions on anything that works better! Also, I just started Jullian Michael's 30 day shred DVD. I hope I can keep up :)
