Hi there... thanks for the goodie and thank you for adding me as your friend. When I finish this e-mail, I will return the favor. I live in a very rural community in BC that is very green and very into organic. We have several restaurants that are totally organic too, so it is easy up here. I moved up here from NM, and couldn't work because of immigration laws, so I did a 2 year home-study course and became certified in Nutrition. I learned some scary things about our food and since then I quit eating meat and try to eat organic as much as possible. I found these 2 lists (well researched)- follow the link below. There are actually foods that are safe if not organic. This helps me save a bit of money at the grocery store.
Hi there... I stumbled on your page as a result of a weekend challenge from my team "10,000 steps". (We're all pedometer wearin fools!) My directive is to see what you and I might have in common. From reading your web page it looks like we do have a few things in common. Both of us are interested in being healthy, eating lots of fruits and veggies and going organic. Have you heard of the "dirty dozen" list and the "clean 15". These are lists of 12 things you truly MUST buy organic and 15 things that it doesn't really matter if they are organic or not. I see that you joined just a few weeks before I did. Are you finding all the support you need?... Your Spark page looks great!... I am assuming from your team that you are from Alabama. I am originally from Santa FE, NM, but I am currently living in British Columbia just a few blocks from an amazingly beautiful lake. Stop by and visit my page if you would like... and if you're so inclined, let me know how you are doing on your weight loss journey.
