Weight was never a problem growing up. I never learned how to eat properly and exercise regularly- I was just naturally thin. Then my metabolism stopped pretty much completely and I have gained dramatically. I'm finally at a place where I have to face, and beat, this.

Baby steps right?

My Goals:
- Get below 200lbs (and then more from there!)

- Move more! Find ways to incorporate activity into my life.

- Drink at least 64oz of water per day

- Learn to manage stress and support my own mental well-being

- Learn to love myself in the moment


My Program:
Right now I'm following the outline Spark gives me for my diet. I'm not eating the suggested meal plan- instead I'm using my regular food and adjusting my choices accordingly.

I'm attempting to exercise at least 10 mins per day and strength train 3x weekly. Mostly I use my mountain bike but at times I try to run also.
