My Goals:
My goal is healthy living! It's funny how you think more about that as you get older. Hitting 50 has really gotten me motivated to make important changes in my life in many ways. I have lost over 30 lbs in the last year or so and hope to lose another 10-20.

My Program:
My SO and I share the goal of working out at the local gym 6 days a week.

I use the elevated treadmill for cardio 6 days a week and various weight machines 3 x a week.

I believe taking a day off each week helps to energize me!

Personal Information:
I live just outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I've resided for almost 4 years.

I am previously from the Philly area and lived there all my life.

Other Information:
Hobbies include reading, message boards, knitting, baking, genealogy and other various "stuff".

Thank you Sharon! You are my first comment. My little Shrinkin Sista group is ready to start on October 20. One of the gals teaches Pilates and is doing it for FREE for us! Pretty cool huh? You've been at it 9 weeks? We talked about waiting until the first of the year, but told everyone there is no reason to wait!!!!
