My goal is healthy living! It's funny how you think more about that as you get older. Hitting 50 has really gotten me motivated to make important changes in my life in many ways. I have lost over 30 lbs in the last year or so and hope to lose another 10-20.
My SO and I share the goal of working out at the local gym 6 days a week.
I use the elevated treadmill for cardio 6 days a week and various weight machines 3 x a week.
I believe taking a day off each week helps to energize me!
I live just outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I've resided for almost 4 years.
I am previously from the Philly area and lived there all my life.
Hobbies include reading, message boards, knitting, baking, genealogy and other various "stuff".

You've been at it 9 weeks? We talked about waiting until the first of the year, but told everyone there is no reason to wait!!!!
