I'm so glad your a member of our team. We have a monthly exercise challenge, you decide for yourself how much you will do and you actually compete with yourself. I've been exercising lately and have gone from 10 minutes 3 days a week to 60 minutes 6 days a week in about 3 months. Can you believe it? it has a lot to do with our monthly challenge. The other benefit is I have lost 4 inches since last month.
Motivation and support are definite priorities in our group. In our Roll Call thread you will find these wonderful people out there who share your happiness; your worry; your sadness; your pain and always know just what to say to support you and let you know your not alone.
