Welcome to the Weekly Challenge Team emoticon  introduce yourself and add your birthday. We would love to know a bit more about you. 

I'm so glad your a member of our team. We have a monthly exercise challenge, you decide for yourself how much you will do and you actually compete with yourself.  I've been exercising lately and have gone from 10 minutes 3 days a week to 60 minutes 6 days a week in about 3 months. Can you believe it? emoticon it has a lot to do with our monthly challenge.  The other benefit is I have lost 4 inches since last month. 

Motivation and support are definite priorities in our group. In our Roll Call thread you will find these wonderful people out there who share your happiness; your worry; your sadness; your pain and always know just what to say to support you and let you know your not alone.  Drop by the Roll Call thread where several of us talk, encourage each other, ask questions or just say Hi. emoticon
