My Goals:
drink more water eat healthier snacks exercise more ultimately to become healthier
My Program:
I am not on any one type of program, I do lots of things. My favorite workouts are TaeBo, the FIRM and I am trying out Tapout XT. I am trying to eat better and cut out junk, including soda. And to exercise at least 4 times a week.
Other Information:
Pounds is just a number, my goal isn't to be any specific number, it's to be healthy and feel good :)
