Well I am recording my foods daily and have been going online to read other people's input and articles hoping to get inspired to step up my effort so far. (I am struggling with asthma and arthritis and too much weight - a catch-22 if there ever was one)

I am from Independence, KY.



Other Information:
My favorite things (excluding food): The library in Boone County is marvelous the folks who work there are friendly and helpful and they have - free books, audio books, computer programs and games,dvd, how-to information to check out and the selection of activities are wonderful to choose from! I would highly recommend them. (They even have Wii bowling nights to Shakespeare plays)

First off - Welcome! I too belong to Working out with Asthma and challenged by arthritis. You are correct that it can seem to be a catch 22.
