Thanks for commenting on my successes. The biggest factor in success is consistent and constant tracking of nutrition and exercise. If you stick with it you will see success too! Cycling is great and easy on the knees. Before I got so busy in my yard I was cycling at the gym 3 days a week. Keep it up!
Thanks so much for your comment on my retrospective blog. I appreciate that my recollections struck a chord with you. I hope to figure out how not to fear "losing it" as I proceed on Spark People! This program is so different and the support is so amazing - which has felt like a new experience for this life-long "dieter". I hope I will get the Spark right down into my bone marrow so it will always be a part of me. I'll wish that on you, too!
Thanks for commenting on my blog. Yes I lost a pound at today's weigh in. I was hoping for a little more but a pound gone is a pound gone and I will be satisfied with it. I may not make my short term goals but if I don't I will just have to revisit the goals and make them attainable.
