I would like to loose about 20 pounds and reach a body fat percentage of about 10%.
Diet is also important to me. Not only to loose weight but to eat healthy.

My Program:
Weight training 5 days a week. Cardio 6 days a week.

Hey, great to meet ya!!! Nice ticker... I am a volleyball coach AND a middle school health / PE teacher... I thought about it, but I am not sure my kids will be able to stay focused...lol I used fitday at the high school level and they were tough to keep on task...
