A healthier, happier me for life

My name is Elisha (EELeesha) and I am all about making this a lifestyle. I want to crave good food and workouts in order to feel like my day is complete. I want to feel proud of who I am on the inside and the outside.

I now have a new motivator in my life. Our little boy was born in August and after a rough end of pregnancy, I know that I need to be at my most healthy in order to be the best mom that I can be.
Goals:
-Be down to 140lbs by Owen's 1st birthday
-eat less processed food
-be consistent
- Do what I can, when I can

My Goals:
To find a fit and healthy lifestyle that works for me!

Slow and steady wins the race!

My Program:
My goal is to eat between 1300-1400 calories a day
In addition, I am trying to workout 5 days a week. 2 days 45-60 min cardio, 3 days 30 min strength w/ 30-40 min cardio(or just 30 DS on really bad days). I want to make this a habit I don't want to break!

Snuggles are the best!! It is crazy how fast they grow up! Just watching my nephews and friends kids - it is awesome!! We should definitly meet up! Wednesday should work for me but will double check and make sure and get back with you! YAY!! emoticon
