My Goals:
Become naturally thin, confident, graceful, healthy, and happy!

My Program:
For the next two months, I plan to...

1. Eat 1400 calories / day

2. Every other day, run 2 miles or jump rope for around 20 minutes. If exercising is not an option, eat only 1250 calories (minimize snacking!)

3. Every other day, I will also stretch / strength train / do ab exercises for around 10 minutes for my oh so -annoying pooch

If I overindulge, I will either

a. make up for the overindulgence by running extra - perhaps on multiple days

b. Make the overindulgence stick to my calorie count for the day

c. (Least preferred) Make up for the overindulgence by subtracting calories from the next few days

I also plan to

a. Journal extensively!

b. Track calories, exercise, and weight religiously - including minutes walked in college, even the slightest weight fluctuations, even the tiniest bites.


Personal Information:
Favorite things : books, coffee!, journals, tea, anything orange / yellow / red/ green, happy music, stationary, warmth, little kids, singing, flowers, home, sleep, Disney movies, DARK and unsweetened chocolate, true friends, my laptop

Unfavorite things : bullies, selfishness, cold, vanity, boredom, fake people, negative energy, and (of course!) being hungry

Dinner : 400 cal

Buttermilk /tea / extra : 80 cal+ 20 cal = 100 cal
