I am striving to achieve more balance in my life. Spiritually, physically, in the bank, with family and friends, and being at peace with myself. I am a successful beautiful woman facing some realities about my weight and overall health. I will lose 105 pounds and it starts now. 1.1.2012. I love myself and if anyone else forced me to eat crap that could kill me, slow poisons of sorts, I would hurt them so why am I doing this to myself. It's time for a change. I am the one who will break the chain for my family. I will demonstrate the model healthy and vibrant wife, mother, and professional savvy Christian woman!

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 105 pounds, at least 2 pounds a week, for the next 52 weeks. I know...that leaves one more pound to lose.lol.

I will lead a healthier and more active life for my benefit, spiritually, as role model for my family and friends, and for my personal and professional advancement as well.



My Program:
I am doing it natural. Water is my program. I am using these first seven days or so for detox. My main meal is based around green veggies and I eat small portions of other foods. The second week and beyond I will eat 1200-1500 calories a day to reach my goal within a year. This first week is 10 minutes of aerobic exercises 7 days a week and 15 minutes of strength 3 days a week. I will increase the by 5 minutes weekly until aerobic is 45 minutes and strength is 30 minutes.

Main goal is to keep it simple! Drink my water, try not to deprive myself of the things I love to eat; just eat them in moderation.

Make healthier choices and stay away from those darn Golden Flakes Cheese Puffs-they are like crack.

I am Christian learning how to better serve God. I consider myself successful and educated. I am mother to a girl and boy; and most days I am also a wife...my husband may beg to differ.


Other Information:
I never snored before! The other day, I snored so loud, I scared myself out of my sleep. That was one of a few on the chain of "wake up" calls.
