Welcome!

I am 43 years old and have 4 wonderful children (ages 13, 9, 7 and 2) and a fantastic husband. Spark People has helped me loose those last stubborn pounds after baby no. 4 - yeah! I have slipped a little since then, so I'm re-focusing now. My goals are to keep exercising at least 6 days per week and eat a healthy variety of foods.

1) Calorie range of 1550-1900/day.
2) Cardio exercise at least 6 days/week.
3) Strength or mind/body 3-4 days/week.
4) At least 5 fruits or veggies per day.
5) Increase the water intake!

I live in a small town in Ohio and work part-time (3 days per week).

hey thanks for that email. everything you said was pretty much the conclusion i came to last night so it was good to have that reiterated. I just have to accept that the weight loss is going to be more gradual than i planned but that doesn't mean i cant establish healthy habits and I'm doing what's best for my baby. *big sigh*
