Too exhausted to go into detail, so I'll keep it simple.

Where I've been: FAT. For half of my life.

Where I am: Sick and tired of being sick and tired of being fat. Tired of my weight fluctuating between 170-185 for the past few years. Motivated to get FIT. I want to be a competitive, athletic person.

Where I'm going: Well, for starters, the Warrior Dash in 2 days. After that, I'm signing up for another race/challenge/class? Whatever. I've decided that ...

And yes, keep running. C25K is amazing. It is so worth it in the end.

I totally understand the self diagnosis thing. i did that for artificial sweeteners and mushrooms. make sure you do research cause its amazing how many names gluten goes by. also its in things like lipstick! (wich think of how often you lick your lips or drink something that touches your lips.) I dont know how reactive you are but if you notice you're still having some reactions it might be beneficial for you to look at things like shampoo, soaps, perfumes, lotions and things like that. If you need lipstick i strongly reccomend Red Apple Lipstick. they are a bit pricey but even with all my allergies and the level of intolerance for gluten i have, i have NEVER reacted to their lipstick!! also Physicians Formula has some basic make up that is gluten free that can be found in Ulta and Target and such.

Anywho if you need anything give me a hollar im more than happy to share my experiences and knowledge!

I've never heard of the electric run but totally looking into it! The color run was awesome tho! Perfect for a first timer. And the after party was awesome. My husband was super jealous he didn't get tickets and just watched us have a blast. Even he said he'd do it next year! LOl
