Oh my goodness, I haven't been on here for 2 years--YIIKES! Spark People has worked GREAT for me in the past. I'll update my page a lil later.

New Goals:
-Drink a gallon of water a day-

-6x a week (2 hr cardio & 3 days a week weight training)

-Eat Clean

So far so good, I have to say! I've seen results, and I've only been on a little over a week. :) It's tough learning to look at food differently, but it's happening. How about yourself?
