Time to see what healthy looks like!

I have alot of weight to lose. I want to start with only losing and thinking about my first 50 that is all that is important to me right now. The rest I can worry and think about later. To keep me motivated on this I can only be 50 lbs of in need of weight loss to stay focused with out feeling overwhelmed. I am going to be determined and commited. I want to keep my eye on the prize this time and that is my health to live a long healthy life for myself and family. I am earger to meet new ...

I am earger to meet new members who share a similar journey as myself and plan on loging on daily. I would like to make some strong networks of people on here. Share ideas, talk, motivate and commit. If this sounds good to you lets be fitness buddies. I plan on being mindful of my hunger and to only eat when I have true physical hunger, smaller meals and cook more often. I want to work out 5 days a week.

Mindful eating, rountined exercise, and drinking lots of water. Jouranling and accountability. Also rewarding myself along the way because I deserve that too!!!

Other Information:
Overcoming overeating and Geneen Roth books are great. A great Yoga class is super beneficial for the mind body connection. I love chatting with people routinely for support who we share a common ground of struggle and commintment. Let me know if that is you!
