Frankie was my childhood nick name and most childhoods are when people dream big, believe in happy ever after and that anything can happen. My first childhood didn't contain all that, but now as an adult I've reclaimed my Childhood heart, and here I begin to believe!

Bahhumbug is a word that I say with a smile now, something I say when there is a task which I know needs to be done, a word I use when someone says something I know isn't quite true... like those sweeping statements ...

My Goals:
I want to be healthy! To have energy and to have a lifestyle which will help me beat the stress in my life naturally!

I've got a long term goal of losing 60 pounds...

Short term goals are:
8 8oz glasses of water a day.
Exercise 3 times a week.

Track my eating.

My Program:
Have one foot into the program, and am looking to making small changes which will make big results! I've bought a juicer and with it hope to get more fruits and vegetables into me and take it from there.

Beautiful Woman Award! Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the wall of 8 women who deserve it. If you receive more than 3, you know you're really beautiful! If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always good to know someone thinks you're beautiful inside and out!

I just started tracking my food again on SP - so you see over the past few days some of the items I am eating...fruits in the am only and fibrous carbs in the afternoon and evening....PROTEIN with EVERY MEAL!!!! I already of 30g of protein in at breakfast!

Go to my food tracker to get started :) Most, if not all of my veggies are eaten raw! I do not eat any processed foods!

Good Morning!! I have actually signed on with Fast Trackers. They are at www.fasttracktofatloss.com I am paying for it, but they have a nutritionist and trainer available 24/7 I plan my meals from a list of items...and they figure out the amounts I need. I stop eating when I am full.

My workouts....well those are circuit training workouts. I love them. I have mine set up to do 45 minutes 5x a week. So, I do circuit training MWF and cardio on T Th, then Saturday and Sunday OFF!

I really like fast track! I am losing body fat and I can see that I am getting smaller...it just doesn't show up on the scales :( But, I'll take it anyway :)

Later today I'll email you a list of one of my workouts....if you are interested, let me know...
