Struggles in Paradise
I'm a 20 something Bahamian, young professional who is hopeless in the kitchen. 160 pounds and only 5 '2", I intend to start my health journey regardless of the help I receive. Living in a place where peas n' rice, friend plantain, potato salad, macaroni and cake are the average to-do, I hope to stop my obsession and issues with food. No mindless snacking, better eating, no boredom. Just be... better.

I want to stop fighting my body. I will never be small, I will always have curve, I just want the curves tighter! 130 lbs is the goal!
My Program:
Gym 5 times a week. Strength Group Classes- 60 minutes, 3 times a week. Individual Cardio- 45 minutes, 3 times a week.
