    Hi! i saw your blog today about giving up, and I hope you won't! It is so easy to get discouraged when you gain all your weight back in one week, but this could be temporary weight from fluid retention, sodium, or whatever.

    Choose one goal for today and stick with it. You'll feel better if you exercise and eat healthy foods, and soon the weight will start coming off again, too.

    I saw your question about liver on the message boards and thought that the responses were so ridiculous that you wouldn't be checking back to that topic! :)

    I am not familiar with the nutritional aspects of liver, but I was recently in Cozumel, Mexico and had lots of chicken soup that contains liver and kidneys. It was great! See if you can find a mexican chicken soup recipe (unfortunately, I don't have one to recommend) that includes organs. They go pretty far as they flavor the broth but if they are high in cholesterol, etc. you can still put in limited amounts and soup is an easy food in which to control fat, carbs, etc.
