My Goals:
I'd like to
1.keep healthy
2. feel supple
3. look thinner
and lose as much weight as is consistent with those 3 aims.
My Program:
Tracking foods, trying not to nibble, especially in the evenings.
Walking at least 30 mins a day. That doesn't sound like much, but it's a commitment to do it EVERY day. The dog will be pleased!

I'm 70 and live in North Shropshire. I'm retired, divorced, 2 sons, 2 grandchildren, live alone apart from the dog, Peggy. She's a Staffie
Other Information:
I belong to 2 choirs, a recorder group and an orchestra.
I belong to a C of E church.
I also like boating, reading, history and gardening.
