My Goals:
My Goal is very simple to live a happy and healthy life full of joy.
My Program:
My program goals, Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Eat at least 3 meals and one snak a day including a nutritous breakfast. Exercise at least 3x a week, working my way up too everday and working in some kind of weight bearing exercise. I am going to do this slow and easy to give my body time to adjust to the changes.

My Name is Carol I am 45 years old I love to read, watch msnbc, and laugh my butt off. My favorite Health/diet books are. Womens Bodies Womens Wisdom by Christine Northrup Any Book by Bob Greene.. I think his view on weight loss is the most realistic and the most acheivable for a life time. Just for fun I love to Read John Grisham, and Too many other authors to mention.
