Staying fit

On June 23rd 2008, I weighed myself and realized that I was the heaviest I had ever been. I was 39 and decided to lose weight by my 40th birthday on March 30th 2009. I lost some weight but then started a traveling job and regained most of it.
I then discovered Medifast, and, despite my low thyroid and still traveling frequently, I lost 65lbs in 6 months and now I'm at a healthy weight.
I plan to use the tools on Spark to maintain.

I usually play tennis and do cardio programs during the summer. Its harder during the cold months so I use my elliptical and Wii fit instead of tennis.

I am considering medifast as an option for me. When you were on it did you supplement the diet with exercise?
