I May Be Wrong but I Doubt It

Started on 10th of Jan 2007 308lbs (140.8kg). I lost 83 pounds (38.8 kilos) in five months and have been maintaining since (holidays, new child, new house, etc. so no time to be full time on the program). Then christmas came and I gained 14 lbs! Now all I have to do is get on with the program and finish what I started!

My Goals:
My goals are to better my health, to be able to do more of the things I like (like playing basketball). I have had back problems and I am hoping that loosing weight will help me. I am 6.2 Inch, 188cm tall.

My Program:
The program has changed as summer has come and no soccer :( I will do 2X1 hour of basketball per week and at least 1 hour of biking each working day. I am biking to work as much as I can (which, incidentally, takes about one hour) but on the days I can't bike to work, I am going to use my stationary bike at home. No weightlifting scheduled.

Personal Information:
I live in Iceland, northern Europe and the weight loss ticker represents kilos, not pounds. I am 188cm tall, 6'2.
