My goal is to actually be in a “healthy” weight category for once in my life.
I am following a diet that is not specific in calories or food. I basically try to eat meals at about 300 – 400 calories with a few snacks if hungry. I try to eat as much fish as I can stand. I am into cooking and like to make restaurant quality food so I am always trying out new recipes.
Where you are from, your I’m a married 30 something guy who lives in rural Colorado. It takes me about two hours to drive anywhere that would be considered a “big city”.
