I enjoyed reading through your goals. You have set very achievable goals. I would like to add one more, if I may: Have Fun!!! If you enjoy what you are doing with your workouts and are enjoying your food and drink, you will have a much easier time getting to where you want to be. It worked for me!!!

Tomorrow Muffin Top-Less is starting a 90 day challenge. The way I am doing it is by using the cinch products by Shaklee where I will replace 2 meals a day with their products and have a sensible regular meal. I will also burn calories every day with zumba and strength training.
I want to invite all of you to create a 90 days challenge for yourself, anything that works for you.
Just work at it everyday and blog or post something about it.
