Back in the saddle again!
This is the heaviest I've ever weighed in my entire life! I know how I got here......lots of bad choices, getting lazy and complacent, losing my gym membership during school, and just generally feeling too tired to do much of anything. Eventually I just got really fed up with all this crap, being fat sucks!! You cant do anything!! So I curbed the budget and got my gym membership back and Im ready to toss the crappy food and start making better choices. So here we go......back ...

My Goals:
To return to a more balanced, positive life by returning to my old ways......daily exercise and proper meal planning
My Program:
No more eating on the run.....all meals will be planned. No more tired days.....got the gym membership back, ready to enjoy being active again! No more wasting money on sugary sodas at work.....Im bringing my own beverages and saving the money for a shameless clothing splurge!
Personal Information:
I'm a hair colorist at Visible Changes Hair salon in Austin, TX. I'm 35, married, and strictly here to track my progress and provide myself with motivation and information.
Other Information:
I love exercise that isn't the usual......bellydancing, Nia, and Krav Maga are all favorites. I can't stand to mindlessly run or walk for hours unless it's with my husband or good friends, so it's a constant challenge to keep my workouts interesting.
