Is needing to learn to take ME time!

Hi I am Carol. I have been overweight since grade 12. Weight went on partially from meds and pregnancies while on those meds. But I am taking a NO EXCUSES attitude to my journey. With an upcoming trip and a family wedding in the future I find a renewed sense of motivation. I know I can do this....LET"S DO IT! I have recently received my license to subtitute teach in local schools. I am working part time with my husband while the kids are at school. I am finding it difficult to manage my time between the house, kids, work, outside responsibilities, much less getting much ME time. I am currently have 25% of my total goal lost. I am SO DONE being the person in the mirror I hate to look at. I want to be a confident person. I seem to have gotten lost over the last 6 weeks and my weight loss has greatly slowed down. I intend on regaining momentum and taking back my control of myself!

My Goals:
#1-be under 220lbs- DONE #2-be under 200lbs- will get hair done, color, cut, the works DONE May 27,2011. #3 170lbs for April 1 #4-140lbs for September 22 I plan on redoing my goals again, to give myself rewards along the way. But I want stated for EVERYONE on Spark to see my new re-focused goals. The new goals coincide with my trip to Vegas and my brother's wedding.
My Program:
I am counting calories, tracking on Spark. I have joined the gym with my hubby. On nights I can't get there I am going to do a training video off of here. I am going to make sure 8 is a miniumum amount of glasses of water I drink a day.
Personal Information:
I have been stay-at-home mom (besides a volunteer) for 7 years. I have recently received my license to subtitute teach in local schools. I am currently working with my hubby. He owns a Land Surveying company and I am doing the accounting and receptionist stuff around the office and the occassional plan. Mostly while the kids are at school .
Other Information:
I am realizing how fabulous some people in my life are. I always knew...but now I KNOW! I love my family and friends with a power that even surprises me!
