    Como logre a mi meta?...hay que seguir y no parar tu programa. nadie es perfecto. Si cometes un error un dia--no hiciste ejercicio, o comiste demasiado--aprende y sigue.

    Es un poco de mi idea de como lograr a una meta...

    Comer saludable, por supuesto, hacer ejercicio--cardio y strength--3-6 veces por la semana. Tomar agua, usar Spark People, y seguir.
