My Goals:
I initially want to eat healthier & life longer, not only for myself of course but for my family. Yeah, that would be selfless of me, now wouldn't it? Well, I would like to get my blood pressure away from the border line back to normal. And why not do all that & look great when I'm done!

January 31st Goal 160lbs

March 5th Goal 150lbs

April learn to Maintain Goal Weight! 152lbs - 147lbs

My Program:
I have several DVDs I work with Cathe, Tommy D, Patrick Goudeau & the Firm DVDs. My hubby also got me a treadmill. It was supposed to be a joint gift..Oh well....Here's to lookin at me. . . .

    Although I've tried some that I've found on SP, I don't use workout videos. I belong to a $10-a-month gym, Charter Fitness. Since it's not far from home, you can find me there four or five times a week. I use the recumbent bike and weight machines. I can leg press 190 pounds, and I'm an old lady. My goal is biceps like The Rock. emoticon When Charter Fitness has a sale, personal training is pretty inexpensive, so I work with a trainer twice a week. Park Ridge has a really nice fitness center, and I take group classes there. At $6.15 a session, I can take several a week. TRX is my favorite. For lack of a better term, I'm semi-retired. Generally, I work two days a week, so I don't often work out at home. When I do, I have my own routine, and I use dumbbells and resistance bands. With that said, your fitness minutes are in my timeline, so I'm sure you put in more hours than I do. Take care!!!
