My Goals:
I am sometimes a good starter. I will get the equipment, buy the cute workout clothes and shop for all of the foods I need.....then I stop there. So my goal is to narrow my focus to one thing to accomplish and actually follow through even when I do not feel like it. Make it a priority and do it.

My Program:
1st step. Walk or do cardio 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Stretch routine twice weekly.
Strength routine twice weekly. Say no to poor food choices and bedtime snack.

Thank you for the goodie. I really needed that. It's been an incredibly emotional day. One of feeling blessed and also missing those we've lost in the past year and those soon to be gone. Very hard.
