I am sometimes a good starter. I will get the equipment, buy the cute workout clothes and shop for all of the foods I need.....then I stop there. So my goal is to narrow my focus to one thing to accomplish and actually follow through even when I do not feel like it. Make it a priority and do it.
1st step. Walk or do cardio 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Stretch routine twice weekly. Strength routine twice weekly. Say no to poor food choices and bedtime snack.
