Living and Learning in 2015

Looking back at who I was in 2010 when I started my Spark journey and who I am today is so motivating. I am loving my journey and I have learned so much about what I need to do. I started off my journey with it being about weight, but today it is about living the life that I want. I am excited to see what 2015 will bring!

In 2014, I learned that I am capable of even more than I believe. I became a vegetarian and that change has been so positive for me. I set a big goal to walk The West Highland Way in Scotland and I did that.
I am continuing on my journey.

I want to start checking more things off my bucket list before I turn 50 in 2020!

Got your comment on my blog. Thanks. Sounds like we've both been having some struggles with slipping back into bad habits. Would you like to partner up and check in with each other every other day or so to hold each other accountable? I REALLY want to get to onederland by the end of 2015! That's losing 53 pounds in a little over a year and I know I can do it! Do you have another long-term goal in mind? Your walking the West Highland Way was awesome!
