Making healthy habits starting with reducing or eliminating all processed food. So difficult to do and slightly more expensive (but you eat less of it so pays off). My body spends less time getting rid of all the excess toxins from processed foods and focuses on breaking down my nutrients and fat the way our metabolism is supposed to work! Loving how I feel and my body is functioning at it's peak right now!!

My biggest goal right now is to get back in shape and lose the weight I gained from both children.

Gym 3-6 times per week! Walking every chance I get and always parking farther away! Drink lots of water! No soda!
