    Have a blast making your page. It is your fingerprint. Change it up & make it your own. Most of us use it as a form of expression and a major source of motivation, really.

    Definitely use the Nutrition tracker, there is nothing like seeing what you are eating day after day in terms of your weight and health. The Nutrition tracker will do this for you so give it a chance. Should you ever need support or have any questions, speak up we have more than our share of people who can help you.

    Already gave you a short welcome on your CHRISTIAN LIVING post

    Just take it slow. For the weight, pick just 1, 2 or 3 items
    to focus on until they become a habit. When I first started
    Spark, I joined a dozen teams, set 20 daily goals and
    DIDN'T DO ANY OF THEM!
    After several start-overs, finally go it. Picked 6 glasses
    of water and 5 minutes of exercise daily. After a couple
    of weeks, upped. We are re-learning a lifetime of bad
    habits. Slow is ok.

    I had been on Spark on and off for a few years, losing
    and regaining the same 18 lbs over and over. Then last
    year I started posting and blogging. THAT has made all
    the difference for me. It is great that you started so soon.

    You will get LOTS of extra support from it. PLEASE keep
    doing it. Even if you choose to not be public, it can help you
    vent and keep track of what works for you and what doesn't.

That positive attitude is what helps most of us reach our goals and enjoy the journey while getting there. No matter how long that journey takes or how daunting it sometimes seems. We have amazing members of all ages, weights, and places where we live..but we all are determined to reach our goals with positive enthusiasm. With a little effort on your part and lots of support on our part, we can reach our goals!! I can relate to the medication issue. It can be so frustrating. But we can succeed!!
