Starting Again....

So, I lost over 30 pounds in late 2009-2010 and then gained it all back in about 6 months. It's a long story, but I am determined to get back into my size 10 jeans again... AGAIN!! I was just recently diagnosed with MS so I now have a little more motivation to get back into better shape/health. Any suggestions are appreciated!

My Goals:
Lose 35 pounds by the end of this year.

Be a healthier person.

Feel better about myself.

Be able to walk/jog a mile in less than 10 minutes.

My Program:
Currently trying to cut down on fatty foods and sweets. Trying to eat more fruits and veggies and only lean meat. Doing yoga and/or Pilates at least twice a week.

haha~ i totally know what you mean about it being cold- here the highs are around 50 and the lows are about 28 right now... it sucks! i am so greatful i have my treadmill now, i can actually get some exercise and move--big deal when you have kids couped up in the house all day! lol! thanks for the comment :-)
