This is about me!

I need to lose weight but I have a lot of obstacles that fight me every step of the way. I don't sleep well, I have high blood pressure, fatty liver disease, perimentapausal, major depression and a body that refuses to let go of its fat. I walk every day for 45 minutes but i do have a hard time drinking a lot of water unless it's hot outside.

My tip for you is something that worked for me. I didn't like water. I am a Diet Dr Pepper drinker from sun up till sundown. So I slowly introduced the water. every time I would go for the DDP, I would drink half a glass of water first. Eventually I grew to like the flavor in the water. I then started alternating water, DDP, water, DDP. The changed it up, Water, water, DDP, Water, Water, DDP, until I was able to eliminate the DDP altogether(except the one glass I allow my self with dinner) Also I really don't like tap water (too much chemical taste in it)so bottled water is the only way for me.

Worked for me might work for you emoticon
