I am 55 & throughout the past 5 years have gained 50 lbs. I have experienced weight related health problems including knees & back. I have struggled with migraines which may also be food & hormone related. It's time to get back into the swing of being active & losing the weight that is hampering my zest in life.

UPDATE: I reached 140 lb. goal by my weigh in on January 31st/2012...5 lb. window allowance...final goal of 135 lbs.

LATEST UPDATE: My FINAL GOAL of 130 lbs. ...

You're very welcome. Just remember, you can adapt the exercises in the protocol I use to suit your ability. My lifting buddy started with very light weights because she was a beginner with strength training. I started higher because I had some experience and a higher "base" to start.
