I am 55 & throughout the past 5 years have gained 50 lbs. I have experienced weight related health problems including knees & back. I have struggled with migraines which may also be food & hormone related. It's time to get back into the swing of being active & losing the weight that is hampering my zest in life.

UPDATE: I reached 140 lb. goal by my weigh in on January 31st/2012...5 lb. window allowance...final goal of 135 lbs.

LATEST UPDATE: My FINAL GOAL of 130 lbs. ...

I revert back to bad habits too and even pick up new ones. It's okay to have these moments as long as we find our way back to the path. It's tough but I know you'll find your way. Just keep blogging and tracking.

That's the thing with me, tracking. I hate doing it but if I don't then my program tends to fall apart. So, the first thing I do when I try to get myself back on track is go to my food tracker and start logging in meals. Like I said, I hate it but it does work.
