I am 55 & throughout the past 5 years have gained 50 lbs. I have experienced weight related health problems including knees & back. I have struggled with migraines which may also be food & hormone related. It's time to get back into the swing of being active & losing the weight that is hampering my zest in life.

UPDATE: I reached 140 lb. goal by my weigh in on January 31st/2012...5 lb. window allowance...final goal of 135 lbs.

LATEST UPDATE: My FINAL GOAL of 130 lbs. ...

I just wanted to let you know that I won't be joining your "steps" challenge since I don't have any realistic way of keeping track - no pedometer, fitbit, spark tracker etc.
