BabsZee's fitness path

Every year since about Jr High school, My promise was... This will be the year I loose the weight. It hasnt happened and that has been a long time. A couple of times I did it, but It never lasted long.
Could this be the year, at last? If it's to be, it's up to me!


THINGS I AM LEARNING ALONG THE WAY...
1 I really do have the power to change my own life and body.
2 Every calorie in counts.
3 Every activity burns calories, and they all count ...

1 I really do have the power to change my own life and body.
2 Every calorie in counts.
3 Every activity burns calories, and they all count wheather I count them or not.
4 When eating a meal out. Take some time to think what I am going to order. Make a stratige and stick with it. I feel more satisfied and proud of myself when leaving the restrant if I do this.
5 Since I am supposed to be taking a fiber supliment anyway, I often drink metamutual just before eating out, or my regular evening meal. It fills me.

REASONS TO STAY ON TRACK...
1 I want to be healthier
2 I want to look good to my husband again
3 I want to look good in my clothes.
4 I want to need to buy smaller clothes.
5 I want to be friends with the dressing room mirror
6 I want to stay healthy and alive longer for my grand children.
7 Upcoming reunion. Although I did not graduate from Meeker High School, I did go to shcool there until 5th grade. I will be meeting people I havnt seen since then. I want to feel good about myself. And not be ashambed of what I have become.
8 Trip to Isreal in November. I want to fit more comfortably in the airplane seats. Also want to keep up the pace of the whole trip and not tire out too soon. Want to look good in the pictures.
9 To take pressure off of my feet and help overcome plantar facitis.
