I have been back in tops for four weeks now and I have had One gain and two losses. My group is so much fun and I have learned something new every week. emoticon

Back on track and back in TOPS. A new day a new start. I need to do it for me and my family. I stopped smoking 3years ago so now I am going to take on my weight. emoticon
