Time for a change

I am 51 and have been on Sparks for 2 years, I have loss weight using Sparks trackers and information. Recently I have gained weight back and have recently been diagnosis with Hypothyroidism, I find it frustrating but my doctor has reassured me that once everything is in control with medications I can loss weight and get my energy level back up. I will continue to use Sparks for motivavtion, tracking and information as I continue to work towards that healthy life style.

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.
