Between being an active equestrian (and barn rat), an athlete in high school, and walking miles a day in college, I have always been super active and decently fit. Between being an active equestrian (and barn rat), an athlete in high school, and walking miles a day in college, I have always been super active and decently fit. But I struggled with an eating disorder in high school, and was always obsessed with "skinny" until my senior year of college I discovered the Tough Mudder...then, I really felt better because I wanted to be fit and lean. I started doing Insanity and made some changes to my diet. Some of the changes stuck permanently but I have been up and down for the past two years on my clean eating goals and have started Insanity five times but have yet to finish it. I'm still fairly active between the barn and my job but I have never looked like I do and felt so badly about the way I look. So this time is for real. I have 7 months to train for the Tough Mudder. Here I go!

My Goals:
Long term: 18% body fat; feel GREAT about myself and confident in anything (or nothing); to run a Tough Mudder on May 31st and not pass out

Short term: take everything day by day and try not to think of "what ifs"


My Program:
Just Insanity for now; eventually want to start with weights and running. Possibly moving up to Cross Fit
